Very friendly and excellent service

I've been buying my energy from Ecotricity for many years because they were the only company offering 100% renewable energy and their service is very good. My opinion was boosted further after reading Dale Vince's book "Manifesto - Battle for a Green Britain". Consequently I decided to try Ecotalk for my mobile phone as their rates are very good and I've found their signal strength is very good in most places. Recently I had a technical problem after returning from abroad and spoke to Shannon and Kate as it wasn't obvious if it was a phone or network problem. They were both very friendly and helpful and gave great advice that helped to diagnose and rectify the problem. The response time to my calls was virtually immediate and it was great speaking to real people instead of machines.

Great Customer Service

Joined recently and had a query about switching from my old provider after activating my account. Kate from Ecotalk was superb in providing help and even followed up with a call a few days later to check everything was ok. What a difference from other providers out there! Byeond this, really happy with the reception and speeds I'm getting, such a massive improvement over the last two networks I used (three and O2). I find the web site great too, it's super simple but it works and is so clear. Highly recommend them.

How can I switch?

Head to the our deals page on our website and choose your tariff. Then follow the steps in our online sign-up process to seamlessly switch to Ecotalk. Your new SIM will be sent in the post by Royal Mail.

What contracts do you offer?

All our mobile plans are on 30-day rolling contracts. If you’re not happy, you can exit at any time with no fees or charges.

Can I talk to a real person instead of a machine?
